Directorate of Space Operations and Exploration

The Kingdom of Heaven is not limited to this Earth, and thus our mandate expands beyond the limits of the Terra. Members of the Pontifical Walsigham Guard designated to serve in the Directorate of Space Operations and Exploration may come from either the Guard regiments or units of the Naval Guard, though the Directorate itself falls within the structure of the Walsingham Guard Air Corps and the authority of the Chief of the Air Corps. All designated as Astronaut Candidates for the Stato Pontificio (Anglican Patriarchate) are entitled for space flight consideration when such opportunity for lift is available.
