Being the Sunday near 28 May, the date of unification of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church.

This feast was established in honour of the four patronal saints of the Holy Apostolic See of Saints Peter, Andrew, Stephen, and Mark of Rome-Ruthenia, the principal See of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church. The Holy Apostolic See consists of the jurisdictions of the Diocese of Rome-Ruthenia, the Metropolitan See of Aquileia, and the Catholicate of Rome-Ruthenia. These are the episcopal, metropolitan, and patriarchal jurisdictions of the Supreme Pontiff of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church as Prince-Bishop, Metropolitan, and Pope-Catholicos respectively.
