The Aerarium is the office of the Curia that oversees the treasury and charitable works of the Apostolic See of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church. It is headed by a Prefect known as the Elemosiniere Segreto (Private Almoner) of His Apostolic Highness the Prince-Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia. The office within the Aerarium known as the Elemosineria is responsible for charitable works for those most in need in the name of the Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia.
