The Elemonineria
Segreta is the office within the Patriarchal Aerarium (the traditional
Roman treasury) that is is responsible for charitable works for those
most in need
in the name of the Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia.
It is headed by the prefect of the Aerarium, known as them Elemosiniere
Segreto (Private Almoner) of His Holiness the Roman-Ruthenian Pope.
The Elemosineria
Segreta also handles Apostolic
Blessings from His Holiness the Bishop of Rome-Ruthenia,
as well as prayer requests.
