His Apostolic Highness the Most Holy Pope Radislav I of Rome-Ruthenia serves ex officio as Regent of Pontifical Georgian College, guiding its academic mission and spiritual identity. With more than two decades of international experience in higher education, His Holiness brings to the College a rare combination of rigorous academic scholarship and demonstrated institutional leadership.

A scholar-practitioner in behavioral economics, statistical analysis, and sustainability, His Holiness has held numerous roles in major universities, including accreditation oversight and systemwide academic leadership. He has taught and conducted research on multiple continents, consistently emphasizing global engagement, intellectual integrity, and the practical application of knowledge.

His Holiness holds the degrees of Doctor of Sacred Theology and Doctor of Canon Law from Pontifical Georgian College. His additional academic degrees include Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied (Agricultural Economics) from the University of Kentucky, Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability from Harvard University Extension School, and Master of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with professional certifications in corporate sustainability, justice, and strategic management.

Recognized as a foundational figure in quantum economics, His Holiness pioneered influential models for understanding decision behavior in complex environments. His teaching excellence has been acknowledged internationally, including by the ACBSP Business Accreditation Council.

A Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, His Holiness is also a qualified mariner and former alpine mountaineer. Throughout his career, he has remained a dedicated advocate for cross-cultural collaboration and ethical leadership. His educational philosophy emphasizes helping students think globally, serve compassionately, work collaboratively, and bring learning into real-world practice.
